You can find your reservation number on the rental voucher sent to the email address you used when making your booking.

Question 2

What can I change in my booking?

Accepted Answer

Once you access your reservation, you’ll be able to see the changes currently available for your booking. Select the option you want to update and follow the steps shown on screen.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation applies only to Pay at the Desk rentals (no pre-paid bookings). For pre-paid bookings: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up, you’ll receive a refund of the amount paid, minus €30 (administrative and banking fees), within 5–7 business days.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the amount paid is non-refundable, but you will receive a voucher for any additional services purchased, valid for a future booking. To cancel, use the "Cancel" button in your confirmation email or contact us at reservations@klasswagen.com.

Question 4

Will I see the new price before confirming a change?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your changes affect the rental price, the new amount will be calculated automatically and shown before you confirm the modification.

Question 5

Can I change my reservation online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can access your reservation through Manage Booking to make available changes, such as changing the rental period or adding or removing additional services.

Question 6

What happens to the price when I change my prepaid reservation?

Accepted Answer

When you change a prepaid reservation more than 24 hours before pick-up, the price is recalculated using the rates available at the time of the change.

If the new price is lower, a voucher for the difference will be issued automatically after you save your changes. If the new price is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference to complete the update.

Question 7

Can I cancel my prepaid reservation and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on when you cancel.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up, the prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days, minus €30 for bank commission charges and logistical fees.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up, the prepaid amount is not refundable. A credit voucher will be issued for the prepaid amount relating to any additional services selected and paid for.

Question 8

What should I do if my flight is delayed or I’ll be late for pick-up?

Accepted Answer

Please notify Klass Wagen if your flight is delayed or you won’t arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. If you don't inform us, your reservation will be cancelled.

For delays of up to 3 hours, you can keep the same reservation. For delays of more than 3 hours, vehicle collection is subject to availability and a €25 fee may apply. Customers who have selected Klass Total Cover benefit from Late Pick-up Protection for delays of up to 12 hours, at no additional cost.
