Yes, cross-border travel is possible, but you must request written permission from us before your trip. A cross-border fee applies to cover additional insurance and taxes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your planned departure.

Cross-border travel from Romania is allowed ONLY to these countries: Hungary, Bulgaria, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Poland, Montenegro, North Macedonia (FYROM), and Slovenia.

To pick up your car in Romania, you will need to present:

• A valid Identity Card or Passport.
• An original Driver's License (held for at least 12 months).
• A physical Credit Card in the main driver's name.

Once you arrive at Cluj-Napoca Airport (CLJ), collecting your luggage and reaching our shuttle is simple. Please proceed outside the Departures Terminal where a Klass Wagen shuttle bus will pick you up and take you directly to our station.

A security deposit (Guarantee) is required for all 'Basic' rentals. This amount is held on a physical credit card in the main driver's name at pick-up.
