Client – the natural or legal person who uses the website and/or concludes the Car Subscription Contract with Klass Wagen.
Subscription (Car Subscription) – the service through which Klass Wagen grants the client the right to use a vehicle for a determined period in exchange for payment of a monthly subscription fee, under the terms of the Car Subscription Contract.
Vehicle – the motor vehicle made available to the client within the Car Subscription service.
Car Subscription Contract – the contract concluded between Klass Wagen and the client, governing the full conditions of use of the service.
The Klass Wagen Car Subscription service allows the client to use a vehicle for a determined period in exchange for payment of a monthly subscription fee and under the conditions set out in the Car Subscription Contract.
The vehicle remains the property of Klass Wagen throughout the entire duration of the contract.
The information presented on the website regarding available vehicles, included services, subscription duration, mileage or monthly costs is for informational purposes and may vary depending on fleet availability and final reservation approval.
The detailed conditions of the service are established exclusively in the Car Subscription Contract, which will be made available to the client before signing.
The website allows users to configure a car subscription by selecting the vehicle, contractual period and mileage package.
To submit a reservation request, the user must:
• create a client account
• enter the details of the authorized drivers
• complete the identity verification process
• enter payment details
• confirm the request.
The configuration of the service through the website is for informational purposes only and represents an invitation to submit a request for the Car Subscription Service and does not constitute a binding contractual offer from Klass Wagen.
Creating a client account, completing the verification steps or entering card details does not constitute the actual conclusion of the contract and does not guarantee vehicle availability.
Submitting a request through the website does not represent a confirmed reservation of the vehicle and does not guarantee its availability until expressly confirmed by Klass Wagen.
After the reservation request is submitted, Klass Wagen may perform verifications regarding:
• the client’s eligibility
• the identity of the declared drivers
• the availability of the vehicle
• other internal conditions required for approval of the request.
Klass Wagen reserves the right to approve or reject any request submitted through the website based on internal eligibility and verification criteria, without any obligation to conclude the Car Subscription Contract.
Klass Wagen also reserves the right to verify and approve the drivers declared by the Client and to request additional information or documents in order to confirm their eligibility.
If the request is approved, the client will be contacted to confirm the final details and will receive the Car Subscription Contract by email for review and electronic signature.
The contract becomes effective only after it has been signed and the conditions communicated to the client have been fulfilled.
To activate the Car Subscription Service, the client must provide a security deposit, according to the conditions established in the Car Subscription Contract.
After approval of the request and signing of the Car Subscription Contract, activation of the service requires payment of the first monthly subscription fee and the security deposit, according to the values displayed in the configurator on the website and the payment instructions communicated to the client.
The deposit serves as a guarantee for the fulfilment of the client’s contractual obligations and may be used to cover amounts due in connection with the use of the vehicle, under the conditions set out in the contract.
The deposit amount, payment method, conditions of use and refund are established exclusively in the Car Subscription Contract sent to the client before signing.
During the request process, the user may be asked to enter payment card details.
Entering card details and submitting the request does not constitute the conclusion of the contract and does not represent approval of the reservation.
Any payment related to the service will be made only after reservation approval, contract signing and in accordance with the payment instructions communicated to the client.
The vehicles presented on the website are displayed for informational purposes only and are available subject to fleet availability and operational conditions.
Klass Wagen reserves the right to confirm the availability of the requested vehicle only after completing internal verifications.
If the selected vehicle is not available, Klass Wagen may propose a similar vehicle from the same category or with comparable specifications.
Images, descriptions and vehicle specifications displayed on the website are for informational purposes and may represent illustrative images of the model. Differences regarding color, equipment or vehicle configuration may exist compared to the vehicle actually made available to the client and will be communicated before final reservation confirmation.
Klass Wagen processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data may be used for:
• processing subscription service requests
• verifying the client’s identity
• concluding and performing the contract
• managing payments

Any disputes shall first be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, they shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the request process for the service.
The contractual relationship between Klass Wagen and the client is governed exclusively by the Car Subscription Contract, which will be provided to the client before signing.
In case of any inconsistency between the information presented on the website and the provisions of the Car Subscription Contract, the provisions of the Car Subscription Contract shall prevail.
The period of use of the Vehicle and the calculation of the subscription fee start from the date and time the Vehicle is handed over to the Client, in accordance with the provisions of the Car Subscription Contract.
