Yes, cross-border travel is possible, but you must request written permission from us before your trip. A cross-border fee applies to cover additional insurance and taxes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your planned departure.

Cross-border travel from Hungary is allowed ONLY to these countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Poland, Montenegro, North Macedonia (FYROM), and Slovenia.

To pick up your car in Budapest, you will need to present:

• A valid Identity Card or Passport.
• An original Driver's License (held for at least 12 months).
• A physical Credit Card in the main driver's name.

Once you arrive at Budapest Airport (BUD), collecting your luggage and reaching our shuttle is simple.

Please proceed to Parking Zone P1 on the ground floor, just outside the terminal, where a Klass Wagen shuttle bus will pick you up and take you directly to our station that is in about 10 minutes.

A security deposit (Guarantee) is required for all 'Basic' rentals. This amount is held on a physical credit card in the main driver's name at pick-up.

Want to avoid the deposit? You can reduce your guarantee to €0 by selecting our 'Klass Total Cover' package during the booking process.
